The mere fact that you agreed to serve us dinner late last night was an extraordinary favour; how you did it exceeded my naughtiest expectations. It will remain a long-remembered special evening and I can only thank you both. I wish I knew how we could return the favour, but I hope the publicity around the book launch will stand you in very good stead.
I will soon send you some photos taken at the event, and Stefan who has been making video footage will send you some clips you could use on your website.

We had such a great time at Zorgvliet yesterday and it was definitely an unforgettable experience with the most delicious food! Thank you very much for cooking up that storm in the lovely January heat!
I am in the process of finalising the guest list and hopefully this will be sorted before the end of this week! As soon as I have the final numbers, I will settle the amount ASAP.
Just to double, on the main course it says mange tout with the fillet, would it be possible to change that to the Mediterranean vegetable stack which we tasted yesterday?

Sorry for the late reply, since we arrived back in London things have been non stop with work etc! Dont you just hate it!!! Its cold and miserable, and every minute that goes by we wish to be back in SA again...
Thanks for your email. Just want to say a big thank you for the lovely food. Everyone loved it. I can honestly not find any fault in anything you did!? The canapes were to die for. The presentation, taste, it was just amazing. Everything. You were professional in everything and not just that - you are a very nice person too.
Am very pleased that you will be providing Zorgvliet with top notch cuisine, I think they needed that!
Wishing you a fabulous 2010, dont work too hard during the world cup!!
Only 2 and a half weeks to Jamaica, bring on the sunshine!......and the rum....
